We will invite all candidates to participate in a Meet and Greet afternoon party on October 19. This year's event will be held at the Grandview Event Center at the Tybee Hotel.

We are hosting it earlier this year (not the weekend before the election) in recognition that early voting is scheduled from October 13 to 31, and many Tybee voters will typically vote then instead of on Election Day, November 4. And we do not want to compete with the candidates for those last-minute events they wish to hold for their base.
